The goal of the project is to create a desktop application and an Iphone application. I need two separate quotes for each application. However, the goal of the project is to be able to create 4 calculators that are very similar to the following examples:

The application would have a splash screen with the information and then would have the option to select 1 of the four calculators (possibly 5 but we will quote for 4 now). Then, when clicking on the items, would be brought to a page like the calculators themselves and the calculators would calculate like they do on the examples above.
The desktop application would be in Java so it could run on any platform and the Iphone app is self explanatory. Note that a design would be provided, all that would be required is the programming to implement the design and the calculations.
