This idea came to me after Ellen was playing peekaboo with her niece via the TV screen. Not sure if there is something like this already. This app stores photos, in particular to include the 3D ultrasound of the in utero baby to look at/share anytime/keep as a memory sake. It would be cool if the app could somehow simulate the in utero growth of the baby to full term. The app (like koi pond) would allows for manual interaction to create "peekaboo" effect either up and down or side to side/sliding photo. "Boing" and other sounds could be added. After delivery photos of the baby, parents, and family and/or pets could be added and used as a way to play peekaboo with daddy or mommy from work, even celeb photos could be added and users could choose their favorites.
