We want to develop a mortgage calculator where the user chooses property value, downpayment, loan term, and the calculator throws out estimated amount of first instalment payment, and income required. This is simple and we have an Excel spreadsheet illustrating how the calculations work. We are also thinking about an option whereby the user can then add notes to the calculation (e.g. about the property) and email it to himself and/or us. Finally, there would be a function to call us. Optional functions include using GPS to also attach the location, and the ability to attach a picture (presumably of the property). |
